Cpanel is the software we use for our web hosting.  It has a very simple email system inplace with ample of features.

How to add email accounts:

Click mail icon (see image above)

Click Add / Remove / Manage Accounts

Click on [ Add account ]

Enter desired email prefix

Enter desired password

Enter space quota for mail box

Click Create

Once account is created you can use your webmail system or use Microsoft Outlook as a POP3 account. For webmail you can access it thru http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail -username is your full email address and enter password.

How to change password for cpanel webmail :

Log to webmail - http://www.yourdomainname.com/webmail

Enter username - (full email address)

Enter Password

Click on [Change Password]

Enter new password and confirm

Click on "Change Password"
